Answer

What caps and decoration options are available?

You choose the silhouette and the way your logo lands on it. Here's the menu and how to pick.

Which cap silhouettes can we offer?

The most requested are the Richardson 112 trucker, the Flexfit 110 fitted, a soft unstructured dad cap, and a structured five-panel. We can also run seasonal beanies or visors, or work off caps you already own if the material takes a patch or press cleanly.

What are the decoration methods?

Four: laser-cut leather or faux-leather patches for a premium debossed feel, pre-stitched embroidered patches for a classic durable look, full-color heat-pressed logos for fast high-volume lines, and textured UV DTF crests for a raised dimensional mark.

Which method should we choose?

For a large, budget-sensitive crowd, heat-pressed logos win on speed and cost. For gifting suites and VIP tiers, leather patches feel the most premium. Embroidery is the classic middle ground. If your logo is detailed or full-color, pressing reproduces it best.

Can guests choose, or do we lock one design?

Either. Locking one cap and one mark keeps the line fastest. Offering two or three options makes the bar feel bespoke and gives guests a reason to linger — worth it at gifting suites and trade show booths where the conversation matters.

Do you match our brand colors?

Yes. We proof your logo against the chosen decoration method before the event and stock cap colors that fit your palette. Send a vector logo and your brand colors and we'll come back with a recommendation.
