What we bring

Everything the hat bar needs, in one crew.

A corporate hat bar is only as good as the caps and the person running it. We handle both — a curated cap selection, four ways to brand them, and trained operators who keep the line moving and the finishes clean.

The blanks

Cap silhouettes guests recognize.

Richardson 112 trucker

The most-requested corporate cap: structured front, mesh back, and a flat patch zone that shows off leather badges and embroidery. Reads casual-premium in almost any brand palette.

Flexfit 110 fitted

A clean adjustable performance cap for active brands, athletic teams, and outdoor offsites. Low-profile crown, no snapback gap in the back.

Unstructured dad cap

Soft, relaxed, and universally flattering. A safe crowd-pleaser for large all-hands where you want one silhouette that fits everyone.

Structured five-panel

A modern, fashion-forward shape for creative teams and consumer brands that want the cap to feel like retail, not swag.

Beanies & visors (seasonal)

For winter holiday parties or summer outdoor events, we can swap in knit beanies or visors so the giveaway fits the weather.

Bring your own blank

Already have caps from a prior order or a specific brand mandate? We can run the bar on your stock as long as the material presses or takes a patch cleanly.

The decoration

Four ways to put your logo on a cap.

Leather & faux-leather patches

Laser-cut and debossed with your mark, then applied on-site. The premium finish for gifting suites and executive tiers.

Embroidered patches

Pre-stitched twill or PVC patches for a classic, durable look — great when the logo has a few colors and clean edges.

Heat-pressed logos

Full-color DTF transfers pressed straight onto the cap front — the fastest way to run a high-volume line with detailed artwork.

UV DTF crests

Peel-and-press textured crests for a raised, dimensional mark on structured caps and hard-brim styles.

The crew & setup

Staffing, load-in, and flow — handled.

A single station needs roughly a 6-by-8-foot footprint, one standard outlet, and a nearby table for the cap rack. We arrive early, set up, run the bar for your event window, then break down and haul out. Multi-station programs scale linearly — more operators, more presses, shorter lines.

  • Trained operators (staffing billed at $250/hr including setup and teardown)
  • All presses, patches, and consumables supplied
  • Artwork prep and a pre-event proof of your logo
  • Local Southern California or nationwide travel
